I had just moved into my new house on a Saturday, Sunday came and the thermostat was malfunctioning. Monday late in the day I called Oasis. They had someone out to my home Tuesday morning. They were awesome to deal with and very professional yet friendly. Seems the "smart" thermostat the contractor installed wasn't so smart..broken. They installed a new "non smart" thermostat in no time and my A/C was up and running like a champ. I decided to go with a contract with them, if they were that responsive to someone who never used them before I knew I would continue to get great service being a contracted customer. I highly recommend Oasis for sure.read more

I had the requirement to reinstall a air conditioning unit due to removal from equipment room as a result of water issue.
Oasis personnel were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went way above to insure everything was done right the first time.

JJ and Chris were absolutely great technicians- I was informed of what they were planning on doing, how they would do it, and of anything that I needed to do. They were extremely polite and conscientious, and asked me about anything that they thought that I would like to provide input on. They covered all of our furnishings near the work areas for protection and even parked their service vehicle on the street so as not to leave excessive tire marks on my driveway on a hot afternoon. Brandy kept us well informed and up to date about the difficulties in obtaining our Trane A/C unit due to manufacturing problems and offered various solutions and products to help solve the problem. We were impressed with Brandy from the start and she was always pleasant and available to answer our questions. Carlos and Noel installed our system. They were both very friendly and accommodating, answering all our questions and instructing us on the operation of our new system. They were very thorough during installation and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

My mini split unit I have on my storage unit failed. Oasis sent a technician within 2 days to trouble shoot and repair my unit. Unfortunately the system could not be economically repaired and I opted to replace it.
I scheduled 3 companies for estimates and Oasis came in as my best option. Jerry (Sales) explained my choices and options. I felt he listened and accommodated my requests in a very professional manner. Jerry's bid was more than 10 percent below the others.
Installation was done by Abraan and Chuck. Both technicians are very skilled, detail oriented and polite. The installation job they did for me is GREAT. It is what you expect from professionals. If I need another installation I would certainly ask for them by name. I would recommend Oasis Air-conditioning and Heating to anyone needing this type of work done.

Oasis performed an excellent installation of my HVAC. They put a temporary AC unit in my bedroom window so I could endure the heat until my HVAC was installed. The techs that installed the new ac ,Javier ,Isacc and Noel were without a doubt the best I have been associated with. I have built three homes and remodeled several others and have never encountered such pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient people. They were timely and had no problem with procedure. Teamwork was outstanding. I would recommend that crew to everyone! Brandy was also an intricate part of the process. She handled sale, scheduling and programming with a smile and made herself available for all of our needs. Oasis should be extremely proud of a crew such as this.

Everything about dealing with Oasis was first rate. Brandy was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about her products. We signed the contract for one system and when she found out that it wouldn't be available she gave us an upgraded system for the same money. The installation team of Issac and Noel were top notch. I cannot imagine having a better experience than the one we had with Oasis Cooling and heating.
Brandi was well versed in heating and cooling and listened very closely to our every question and made pertinent suggestions.
The installation crew was on time, courteous and always professional. David and Javier did a thorough job on our ducts that were over due for cleaning.

We had our ducts cleaned along with the dryer vent by David and Javier. These guys are very professional, they have a great sense of humor and made the experience very pleasant. Our system was recently replaced and Oasis has taken care of us thru the entire process. Oasis visits twice a year to service and inspect our Heating/Cooling systems. We highly recommend them.
